Donate securely through Zeffy
Online gifts are processed by Zeffy, an independent donation platform. To protect your privacy, Zeffy's form is not loaded on this page until you choose to open it.
When you open the form or donate on Zeffy's website, your browser connects directly to Zeffy. Zeffy and its service providers receive information such as your IP address, device and browser details, and what you enter in the form, and may set cookies. In our October 2026 review, Zeffy's form loaded payment and security services (such as Stripe and CAPTCHA checks) and Zeffy's own analytics and advertising technologies, including Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, HubSpot, and Amplitude. Zeffy's website uses additional analytics and advertising technologies. These report to Zeffy's own accounts under its privacy policy. The Foundation receives your donation details from Zeffy to process and acknowledge your gift, but does not operate or control Zeffy's analytics and advertising technologies.
The Foundation does not treat opening the form as agreement to optional advertising tracking. Zeffy's privacy policy says it treats use of its services as consent to its advertising and explains how to opt out. You can also limit tracking through your browser's cookie and tracking settings, or give another way.

What your contribution supports
Contributions support research, public reports, educational resources, community-facing data activities, and other programs approved by PulmHealth Foundation. Contributions do not purchase access to PulmHealth LLC products or services. Donors and sponsors may not control research methods, findings, interpretations, or publication decisions.
You will receive a written acknowledgment for tax purposes. Donor restrictions on a gift are treated as binding only after they are reviewed and accepted by the Foundation. Please do not send financial account numbers through this website.
